Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your child to be completely happy with your new organizational solutions. Please review our policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window & Conditions

  • Unassembled Furniture: Toy Cabinets, Picture Book Shelves, and Clothing Storage Cabinets may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery if they are unassembled, in new condition, and in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, and instructions. A 15% restocking fee applies to furniture returns.

  • Assembled Furniture: For safety and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns of any assembled furniture items. Please ensure you are satisfied with the product before assembly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any assembled furniture item.

  • Customized, personalized, or modified products.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or failure to follow weight limits or safety instructions.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return for an eligible (unassembled) item, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason.

  2. Authorization & Instructions: If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs and for packing the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method within 14 business days. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped after the return is processed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
