Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Lead Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As we ensure careful quality checks for children's furniture, please note these lead times:

  • Furniture Items (Cabinets, Shelves): Typically ship within 5-10 business days.

  • Accessories/Small Parts: Typically ship within 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We use freight carriers for furniture and standard parcel services for small items.

  • Standard Delivery: This is curbside or doorstep delivery. The carrier will deliver the packaged box(es) to your curb or the exterior of your home.

  • In-Home Delivery (Additional Fee): Available at checkout. The carrier will bring the box(es to a ground-floor room of your choice. Unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging are NOT included.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Delivery Scheduling & Inspection
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. An adult must be present. Inspect all packages for visible damage before the driver leaves and note any issues on the delivery receipt.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
